DESCRIPTION:In recognition of the 250th Anniversary of the birth of the American Army on 14 June 1775 and as part of the America250 celebration, Bingham County Historical Society is hosting a public educational event to teach about the World War II Army casualties that occurred in Bingham County in association with the Army Air Force training out of Pocatello, Idaho. The event will be held at 7:00 pm on June 18th, 2025, at the Stewart Hoover American Legion Post #23 at 426 North Fisher, Blackfoot, Idaho. Admission is free; the public is encouraged to attend. Heather McPhie will be presenting (doors open at 6:45).\n
