DESCRIPTION:Created by Ellsworth, the Revolutionary Spuds are based off the Idaho Potato Commission’s mascot, Spuddy Buddy, but each given their own personality based off a historical figure. Visitors will be able to see “Thomas Jefferspud,” “Alexander Hamiltater,” “Spuddy John Jay” and “Molly-Tot Pitcher” at the two events.\nThe replica of Declaration of Independence has been traveling across the state collecting signatures as a part of Idaho’s America 250 celebration. Once it has made its rounds, the document will hang in the Idaho State Capitol rotunda.\n
