Each Revolutionary Spud is an official America250 in Idaho Ambassador and travels the state visiting community events and collecting signatures for the historic Capitol Rotunda Declaration of Independence.\nUsing Spuddy Buddy (the official mascot of the Idaho Potato Commission), Ellsworth created the Revolutionary Spud characters, gave each a unique personality, and personally handcrafted their costumes to make history fun, approachable, and unforgettable for Idahoans of all ages.\n
