March is Women’s History Month and we’re celebrating the remarkable contributions of Idaho women making waves across fields often shaped by traditional leadership models. In partnership with the Erma Hayman House and inspired by its legacy of women-led community advocacy and change, we invite you to dive into an empowering panel featuring trailblazing women rewriting the blueprint in public policy, STEM, skilled trades, and sports.
