Visions of America

This episode takes a journey to the Freedom Tower at the Miami Dade College. While the history of the building goes all the way back a century to 1925, today it is an icon of Cuban American history and is celebrated for its role in welcoming Cuban exiles to Florida in the wake of that country’s 1959 revolution.
